Privacy Policy

The AK100project Management Committee World Tour Team (hereon referred to as "the Team"), which manages the "AK100 WORLD TOUR", collects information that enables identification of members such as name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (hereon referred to as "Personal Information") from every member in order to allow usage of the Team’s services. The Team is committed to protecting Personal Information with the greatest care in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law. The Team will take appropriate measures to further improve management and maintenance of Personal Information by establishing and complying with the policy pertaining to Personal Information as follows.

  1. Use of Personal Information

    The Team uses Personal Information for any of the following purposes.

    (a) To provide members information which methods may include the use of direct mails.
    (b) To appropriately respond to inquiries from its members.
    (c) To provide services limited to "AK100 WORLD TOUR" members.

  2. Disclosure/Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party

    The Team does not disclose or exhibit Personal Information to a third party with the exception of circumstances listed below.

    (a) When disclosure of Personal Information is necessary, such as when required by law or when necessary to protect the life, health or asset of an individual.
    (b) In the case the Team has prior approval and consent from its member.
    (c) When use of Personal Information is consigned to a third party for use within the scope necessary for the aforementioned purposes. To safely protect Personal Information, the Company will take appropriate and necessary measures, and have the consigned party sign a confidentiality agreement with the Company.
    (d) When Personal Information will be taken over following the establishment of a new data management system

  3. Disclosure, Correction, Deactivation of Personal Information

    The Team respects the right of members to request disclosure, correction, and deactivation of their own Personal Information, and will promptly respond to such requests.
    However, the Team will not accept requests that are deemed irrelevant or those that violate the law or significantly impair operations and management of the Team.
    Please also note in advance that the requests require the member to cooperate with the verification procedure and possibly bear the cost of processing fee.

  4. Revisions in the Privacy Policy

    We may revise this Privacy Policy as the laws and systems change.
    If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will notify the change to all members.
